Course Purpose

The main goal of this course - to introduce students with Strategical Approach to Self-Defense and motivate them to start Physical Training.

During this course students will go through:

  • Principles of Assault.
  • Difference between Sport Combat and Practical Combat
  • Principles of How to use body effectively: Biomechanics of Human Body - Psychical Reactions - Timing;
  • And he will try a few simple Practical Drills.
