The main goal of this course - to introduce students with Strategical Approach to Self-Defense and motivate them to start Physical Training.
During this course students will go through:
- Principles of Assault.
- Difference between Sport Combat and Practical Combat
- Principles of How to use body effectively: Biomechanics of Human Body - Psychical Reactions - Timing;
- And he will try a few simple Practical Drills.
